We had an issue with one of our lids and I contacted customer support. They were very responsive, helped me to troubleshoot, and when that didn't work they sent me a new lid. The person who helped me was very nice and professional. I wish all companies had customer support like this.

It took about 2 weeks to get here from order date to delivery date, which isn't horrible, but while tracking it, it said it was all over the place and even left the USA at one point. Tranking it gave me more anxiety and made me feel more like I had been scammed more than anything. When emailing the company, they did however respond in a timely manner.
