I bought two items for my wife for Christmas. My wife loves them and says they are very well made and packaged. The instruction videos are also really good and she was crafting in no time. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that despite ordering 3 weeks before Christmas they didn't arrive until the week after. As I recall there was nothing on the website to say that delivery would take such a long time. So if you need to buy these for a special occasion order early!
