My kit was missing the the bee package that was supposed to be included. and the plastic grate <---not sure if that is what it is called. My sister got hers and it was completely intact. Hers looks awesome! I have tried contacting them mulitple times their phone number isn't valid at all. They don't return emails. So I am very unhappy with it.
