I ordered 3 kits & it took nearly 3 weeks to receive. Then I received only the base and the wool. The straps, crochet needle kits and scarves were missing. The customer service was poor and unprofessional. I did eventually receive the rest of the items but the quality isn’t what I expected so it makes it hard to recommend.
