A lot of older offers that are still in the manual. Found 50 dollars cheaper at Walmart and they offered 10 dollars as a refund

One side on the back of the main piece came damaged - the damaged side is lifted on the corner and does not allow me to safely and adequately attach the screw. This is extremely disappointing. The box it came in and of itself did not arrive damaged at all, which means the defect came directly from the manufacturer…it seems strange your pieces are not fully screened before packaging. I do not know how to make this work for me unless I try and straighten the piece myself without damaging it fur

Misleading product description.

Easy ordering, rower showed up in a timely manner, and very well packaged. Took more time to get it out of the box than to assemble it!

Company is great! Had an issue w the email I provided. Contacted customer service and they fixed the issue in a matter of minutes!

Missing piece and seat slides. I just had surgery and it's to much for me to be sending the item back. I just can't and won't be able to for a while. I didn't know I would have to go through this. Bike is very nice though.
