Overall, I’ve had a positive experience with MERACH and absolutely love my T12 Pro. Customer service has been friendly and did provide compensation for the issues I experienced. My main frustration was receiving incorrect information about the running belt length before purchase, along with missing hardware that I’m still waiting to have resolved. Great product and value overall, but better accuracy in product specifications and faster resolution of parts issues would make the experience even be
