Please, don't use Fed Ex to ship! The box was damaged and delivered upside down, but thankfully the unit was ok. I had previously ordered a unit from a different brand and it was broken. Sent it back. Replacement was broken as well. Broken wheels on both Life Pros. Went with this brand instead.
