I was not ready to order yet and the fact that the website does not take you to a place where you can review is deceiving. I tried to immediately cancel and could not find a way to do so or find a way to contact anyone. I think that is done on purpose. Very disapointed in the ordering process as well as the lack of customer assistance being easy to contact. Got me once..will not again.

Well, for one the 30 day return policy is more of a pay to have it returned and only if it is unused. Keep the box and styrofoam! I find that mine takes a few minutes to warm up and the belt skips as you are stepping on it until it warms up. I find that it creeks as you walk on the incline. I want to like it, but it is dangerous because the belt is not very wide and it is easy to trip and fly off. My recommendation would be to buy one with arms. It is easy to roll about and move.
