As I said initially I wasn’t sure. I guess we take so many vitamins and different things that it’s hard to tell. I think it is when you stop doing it and you miss something that’s when you know you need it. I seem to be a little bit out of Kilda so I finish one packet just before the next one arrives would like to try and sort that out but couldn’t see how to do that online.
