I have received wrong size mattress which I did not receive the actual size mattress which I have order size, even the mattress is also so hard, so I have initiated replacement with all images with measuring tape and after packing and during pick up as they requested for and Flo mattress employee told me that after sharing the images will initiate dispatch order number with the mattress so after sharing images they have told me 48 hours now it's been 58 hours still no response.
