Service is worst.. i ordered 78×60×6 inch mattress and delivered 72×60×4 inch.. all that procedure take long one month time... i suggest to all please purchase mattress from offline.

Very bad, hope no one goes through what I have suffered from flo. Product never delivered. Refund never given. No response from useless joseph, who is head of customer support. No response from Sarthak who is L3 escalation. Both are useless.

I really liked the Flo mattress — it’s super comfortable, has great support, and the overall quality feels premium. Sleeping on it has definitely improved my comfort. However, the delivery experience was disappointing. It took longer than expected and the updates were not very clear, which made the process frustrating. So while the product itself is excellent, the delivery service needs improvement. If they fix that, it would be a perfect experience.
