I ordered the product on 11 September, and till now, nothing has been resolved. I haven’t even received the product from the company yet, but I’m already receiving emails asking me to review it. This is really shameful and unprofessional. How can you expect customers to review a product they haven’t received or even used? Instead of sending review requests, the company should first focus on delivering the product and resolving the issue. I’m extremely disappointed with this experience.
