i need to readjust my smile, i have nowhere to do that or no given option. it took abt 30 days exactly to get my smile but im not mad abt that part. The tops are super bulky and look like a mouth gaurd.

Easy process getting impressions but product is horrible.

I never received my impression kit

My husband actually saw your video and encouraged me to purchase the veneers. Everyone has been nice that I've communicated with - - I'm just not happy with the way that the veneers look and feel right now.

I have not heard from anyone about that. I stopped using Back Market because if you have a problem there is no one you can talk to, because some companies want to automate so there is no human customer service. Apparently you organization is going the same route. Good luck, Ed Mainor 347 610 2340

First set didn't fit they just sent a second impression kit,but they sent large trays and I can't even get them in my mouth.

I (Monica Kelly), am corresponding with you on behalf of my mother, Phyllis Stone, who ordered the pop on veneers. My mother received the second top plate and there is absolutely no change. I matched it to the first top plate and they are the exact same. After I sent in very very detailed photos of the problem area. I also have both the first mold and the one you sent, the plate fits the first mold and the second mold.

I received the mold fast and it was returned quickly with easy mailing experience and the second mold was sent quickly. Customer service is great if they can get them to fit correctly. I would probably love it.
