Pre ordered so took a bit of time to arrive.

Smooth and easy! Ordered online and the cookies arrived nicely packed and in perfect condition. Still as delicious as ever—melt-in-the-mouth goodness!

Terrible Cookies were all Crushed

This online order took 3 weeks delay. The delivery man WhatsApp me to thank me for using the delivery service, luckily I was at the premise to know he had not delivered. So I called him immediately, he answered me that he was just in front the premise. So I quickly went out. It took more than 5 minutes for the parcel to be found and passed to me. I wonder if I was not at the premise, and habitually reply 'ok' the WhatsApp without a deep thought, the delivery man would just went off with it.?

Order came very late. No response to emails

Worst experience ever. should have keep customer updated from time to time if there is a shipment delay. Not waiting for customer to chase after you and no response

CNY pre order but only delivered after the start of CNY. No one in Jenny Bakery respond to my email or IG msg sent after 10 days

Nobody bothers to reply to email queries except for automated reminders to leave a review. Also, no separate bags provided despite the purchase being a bundle

Quick delivery and well packaged

Received my first batch within 3 weeks from my order. Wish they could deliver faster.

Fast delivery

After buying I realised there’s another tri-flavour option so I reached out immediately to ask if I could cancel. They got back almost immediately that they’ll check on my order and they never did! So obviously they sent me something I didn’t want. Such bad service!! Also their IG kept saying there’s an early bird pre-order 15% off but when I check out, there’s only 10%. So misleading

This is the first time try to make pre-order, it takes more than a month to receive. I was expected it would take some times to deliver but the portal has not show the status of the delivery, thus during the period I was so confused whether I made the order or whether is delivered to wrong place. Also, I email few time to check the order status, but no feedback on it. However, the cookies are great, it would be better if the portal could show more details/status for the online order.
