Did not receive order, called many times over the course of almost 2 months with the same response. No confirmation, no tracking info, not items although paid full price plus shipping. This is the first and last time I would purchase anything from HollywoodDJ. Very surprised no one has escalated this, no attempt at connecting with me for resolution, no offer for refund, nothing. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I have had an horrible experience with this company. My item was shipped on time and they couldnt find it. An employee was rude to me telling me we could argue over the phone. I keep being told they would call me back bug i had to keep calling them. My item was slightly bent and it took almost 2 weeksto get. The tracking number never worked. Customer service was horrible.
