How come your company does not ship orders the way they are purchased? I paid for upgraded shipping but someone in your company made a decision to ship it via USPS Ground Saver vs the USPS Priority that I paid for! I have not received my order and your customer service is atrocious! Send me a replacement order and you can worry about tracking down the order you shipped incorrectly! And don’t say shipping to Hawaii is difficult….we are a state and USPS rates go priority mail costs the same.
