I accidently placed an order on the December 23rd instead of adding it to my existing subscription so I requested it to be canceled within minutes of the purchase. I was told by Alex it could not be canceled because it was already being fulfilled and it would arrive at my door December 26th at 9am and that I could either refuse the order or contact them for a refund. I got an email at 8:04 on December 26th stating it was just shipped. There was plenty of time for my order to be canceled. Three days to be exact. I do not appreciate dishonesty.
Other than that - my dogs like the chews.
