I have a couple of bones to pick with Bully Bunches: 1. Your software adds in (inappropriate) local taxes AFTER the customer clicks on the final "place order" button. This is very irritating, even though the additional amount is relatively small; 2. The way your website is set up, a customer can't use a discount code AND their "Bully bucks." The way I see it, Bully bucks are a loyalty reward, which should be treated like a gift card, earned through hundreds of dollars of purchases. Customers should be able to stack them on top of any discount code. Otherwise, a first-time customer is treated the same as a long term customer. The long term customer shouldn't be frozen out of using a discount code, if he wishes to apply his bully bucks, and visa versa.
There's a lot of competition out there for this type of product, so I suggest doing a better job to retain customer loyalty!
