I didn't realize they are made to order. I purchased for a costume well in advance, and after at least 2 weeks, it still hadn't shipped.
I did email the team, and they expedited the order, so it did arrive on-time. But it was a little nerve-wracking.

They’re outlined shipping time is a scam designed to lure you in. they will not contact you to inform you if there is a delay and they will not allow cancellations even if they are failing to meet delivery date. If you make a return you must pay the return shipping from Europe to wherever you live.
