Awful experience. Never again

Told Lola I don't want the items bc they don’t fit so i want a refund in 2 separate emails and she hasn’t answered me.

i'll attribute it to the war, but the delay in delivery was disappointing.

Customer service isn’t doing much. Telling me it’s gonna take a longggg time to return them

Just to process an order takes 1 month and delivery took 8 days. By the time I got my order I didn’t like the way it fit everything ran way too small. Customer service also takes a long time to get back. I was gonna return my order but im only gonna get store credit bc i got it on sale and I have to pay an extra $17 for shipping. I just feel like if it takes that long just to get an order there should be refunds regardless if there’s a sale or not. It was all an inconvenience.

Poor customer service. I tried to work with customer service to resolve the issue, and in return, the customer service just downplayed and made excuses.

Shipping took a while and was difficult to track, but it wasn't too atrocious. Would order from here again.

The costume itself does not look like in the picture. The color is a bit different and the quality of the wing was not as expected. But overall, the item arrived on time for our studio showcase :)

Scammers

The site has a hard time loading even on WiFi making it hard to browse it easily

I ordered a small bodysuit only and received wings only. When I reached out it was explained to me that I used the drop down wrong. Doesn't seem very user friendly, considering I used the drop down to choose- a small bodysuit only. So, I'm good, thanks anyway, Candy Catz.

There was a bit of delay in shipping I ordered a month before the concert and arrived just days before.

The shipping took longer than expected but excellent communication from customer service. Definitely worth the wait.

I did get q couple of things that I like. My first order was flawless and I was so happy. I thought candy cats would be my go to for festival outfits. But every order after that was a problem. I received two outfits that were so tight in the neck and I felt like I was choking. The next order one outfit was fine but the other was terrible. I revived codes for 60% off and bogo70% but the codes dont work. I said I wanted the codes for the outfit that didnt want and didn't get them.
