Easy peezy

Unfortunatly I couldn´t get an invoice. even though I was aking for it

Disappointed with my experience ordering from CandyCats. The product wasn’t what I expected, and returning it has been a hassle. Communication has been slow, and the process is dragging out longer than it should. Wouldn’t recommend for festival outfits.

Took a while to get here but not as long as other people have stated. Overall a good experience!

It’s all about sizing and returns/shipping.

With discount, we cannot choose the second product, so for example we needed to put two order, because otherwise it was putting the free item on the glove at 25$ and not the second suit.

Menswear sizing is completely off and doesn't match the posted sizing chart. So sad I can't match my guy for the upcoming show, but he is swimming in the shirt, looks like he is playing dress up :(

Fast and simple. Photos on page mostly good (I had one issue when the colours online did not really match the suit in reality, but staff handled it very kindly, so - even as I changed nothing - I was very well looked after. :-) What I'd also like: if the choices in the basket remained there for a bit longer. Sometimes I pick a few outfits and cannot quite make up my mind which to order and then they're gone when I return some time later. Not a problem, but would be helpful if choices stayed a bit longer - especially as there are so many cool costumes to choose from. My decision process may take up to five days (which is not soooo long, is it?).

Customer support team were brilliant and friendly - but I only needed their help because of unexplained delays with production. After I emailed they got it produced and in the mail almost the next day, sadly both items purchased were disappointing and too badly printed to wear for halloween, sizing was inconsistent despite ordering both items in the same size, and the small print on the BOGOF sale means the entire order is ineligible for return. Overall do not recommend, but big thumbs up to the people on customer support who were lovely.
