If something does not fit correctly because of your sizing errors and does not fit as advertised then you should be issuing refunds. That is unacceptable and not a way to treat customers.

I ordered a mens set and a matching women's pixie dress set. My Items did not ship in the timeframe given in the confirmation. It stated 27% of items ship within 24 hours, the rest ship within 4-6 days. I ordered April 30th, I emailed May 18 because it still had not shipped.Within 4 hours they sent me shipping confirmation.
The Men's set, is a lot more dull in color in person than the pictures show. The pixie dress was ordered according to the size chart, and its too big.
