Had a dented tub, I reported & sent photos I was told to use it anyway. They only sent a replacement when I said I couldnt open the lid due to how bad it was dented even though the photos were clear I don’t think I should of had to fight to get a replacement when the photos were clear I felt fobbed off which was disappointing as I have done a few orders the customer service could put people off ordering again. Discount codes can only be used once which is annoying when flavours are out of stock
