Easy ordering process, fast delivery (even though the delivery address is in rural NE Scotland) and securely packed. Very good value for a meal replacement and the powder blends well into fruit smoothies. The powders themselves are delicious and very handy to have on hand wen you are too busy to stop and make a balanced meal, add fruit and oats to increase the calories if you aren’t using them for weight management.

When I did a duo order I selected two flavours I wanted but when the receipt came through one of the flavours was incorrect. I immediately contacted via the contract email but was told there was nothing could be done. I have never ordered an edible product that could not be changed especially as I contacted so quickly. After my second email I was ignored. I am now stuck with a large tub of powder that I can't use! I don't like Mango. I only really like chocolate and now that is out of stock!
