Had an issue with the pole bending so I sent them an email and asked them if they could send me a new one and they said they would at no charge and they would also put in some new spinners for me too use on the new pole, so needless to say customer service is very loyal to their customers. It’s a very, very good ran business you are running. All businesses should be ran like this. Congratulations on your success. You’re getting bigger and bigger by the day, & it is well deserved.!!
