The shipping company lost my first flag in transit. I had paid extra to have it here within 3 days and it never made. I sent one email to Allegiance and informed them that my flag had not arrived. Brooklynn answered my email within minutes and offered a solution. She refunded my extra shipping charges and sent a new flag. I received my flag in three days! Brooklynn was wonderful, knowledgeable and took care of me without hesitation. I’m very pleased
