Lovely products, but very disappointed with the service.
My bed arrived with scratches on the base. After sending a video, I was told they were only “minor” and was offered £100 refund. I asked to exchange the bed (not the full £1,900 order), but they refused unless I returned everything. The customer service felt unhelpful and repetitive, and I was left with no option other than to accept the £100.
Beautiful items, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company.
