Ordering was easy and convenient. The included accessories (candles, cake toppers, ice pack, etc) were thoughtful and welcomed additions. Delivery was great - noting the weather, Yi was mindful where the cake was placed.

Fast ordering system and delivery on time

Everything was amazing so I'll still give 5 stars but the one thing that I would have liked is having a picture of the inside of the cake. I was able to find on Instagram a video of the inside but it took me a while so would be easier if it it was on the product on the website

It would've been nice if there was an approximate delivery time provided prior to the day of delivery so I knew when I needed someone at home to accept the cake.

Everything you need is taken care of! Love the thoughtfulness of putting the cake into a cooler box and comes with ice too! On top of that, it comes with candles and the happy birthday topper!! Can’t be more happier with the order!

Very nice package to keep the cake fresh

I was planning and placing this order all the way from US and throwing my best friend a surprise on her birthday so I ordered a birthday kit with few words but end up didn’t happen not even my friend’s name or a happy birthday. I’m disappointed

Tracking was good, though the deliveryman just left it on the doorstep instead of ringing the doorbell as requested. No problem, as I received the SMS anyway.

The cake was awesome! Great taste and look. The pictures maych waht you get and even the small sized cake will feed about 6 - 8 people. It was very smooth between ordering and delivery as well. Only thing is that you don't receive an estimated arrival time on your delivery day.

The ordering and delivery of the cake went very smoothly. The only thing was the tracker wasn't updating so when the driver was here, I didn't realise because on the tracker he was still quite far away. But he called to let me know he arrived so it was all fine.

Was a little worried at the start since there was no update after you've placed your order (a little email saying that we will be delivering tomorrow for reassurance would be nice) . Ive only gotten a notification on day of the delivery.
