i purchased a bracelet to match the snake necklace i bought but it was too small. Trying to return it was a nightmare as i was expected to send it back using their label as i do not have a printer nor do I have a smart phone (my choice) i could not.do this. After trying to explain this I gave up and sent it "manually" by Royal Mail. As it happened this saved me a couple of dollars as they were going to deduct from the cost more than I paid doing it myself. i doubt I will shop with them again
