In my last two orders I've had issues. My earring set was left out of my first order and a replacement hasn't been received yet. They were Christmas earrings and we are half way into the Christmas season at this point. In my second order a wrong item was sent. I've ordered many times, but two issues and not having the opportunity to return items on sale is frustrating. Especially when they run small in comparison to other items sized the same from this company.
