If I have an issue Blue Water gets back with me very quickly. I have truly enjoyed not using jugs.

Ordered 2/18. Still waiting for product. Plus they discontinued to dishwasher sheets. Guess it's time to find a replacement.

Ordered a while ago but still do not have the sheets. I am Very Frustrated.

Product was weeks late and then I’m supposed to pay more postage to pick it up from the post office. Not happening. I want my money back.

Delayed shipping and no one told me... I wouldn't even know except I reached out. I had to buy liquid detergent from the store because I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY SHEETS. I'm sad tbh.

I haven't received my order. It's been 10 days.

Very easy to shop. Very quick from order to door. The only thing I would change is to maybe offer a “sampler” with all of the scents.

this product was coming to often, but hopefully we have that under control now.

The only thing I don't like is changing to a different scent, I continue to get messages for both scents I have tried. I just prefer to have one account and to receive the Orange Topic scent.

Order placed on February 15th. Today's date is February 26th and as far as I can tell my order still hasn't shipped.

subscription not received. still waiting for shipment, tracking #, email acknowledgement, anything. Submitted a "contact us" form. Going on 3 weeks and my subscription has not shipped.

Received a notice on Feb 15th that it was going to be shipped and a notice from PayPal that it was charged on that date but no product and no word since
