I returned the fixture I’m yet to receive my refund. The Royal mail tried to deliver it but there was nobody to accept it (yes I used the correct return address provided) the phone number that you give out is a USA based number. All in all I am very wary of your company after this experience. Also if I don’t get my refund soon I will seek other channels of escalation
