Overall experience has been good. I've made one order and two pre-order's. When they have item's in stock there is zero issue but getting a pre-order might take some time to receive if you're later at putting it in. I still don't have my emperor might and wolf hunt and I'm looking forward to meteor dragoon we shall see how and when they actually come in.

Terrible customer service. Heard nothing for over 2 weeks after ordering, when I asked for an update I was told there was an issue that magically got fixed that day and I'd have it soon. Another 10 days, contacted again to be told there was another issue that magically got fixed that day (funny how all their problems got fixed when I contacted them about it). The $10 voucher was a nice gesture for the delay by the time I actually got it I could have gotten it faster and cheaper.
