The the first time was great and my engagement ring was good but the metal dulled after two weeks. . The second ring was a complementary gift with a half off credit. The ring is an oval band with two side pear shaped. The SIDES are brilliant, however, the middle stone acts and behaves like a cheap cz. I would like to have my money back, since I’ve paid you guys almost $300 for two . I want to replace band no additional charge.
