I’d give a zero star for your delayed delivery. I have never order anything online that took such a long time to be delivered. I had to send you several emails asking for the delivery date and all I received was a window time of 7-10 days initially, but it turned out it’s longer than that and the items didn’t even look like the ones pictured or described online! Totally unhappy about Read Your Heart. I cannot recommend it to any of my friends or family.
