Hi everyone! This time my experience was awful! I ordered the product on December 2nd, I paid for delivery by 8-12 business days, but the order never arrived, I called the store so many times and I couldn’t contact them, then they call me back and told me that the order wasn’t ready. Next to that I called again on Saturday and they told me that I have to cal from Monday through Friday for online orders. Few moments later I received a message that they will be sending the order on December 23th with a set of earrings, but they didn’t do it. I send back a message on 24th morning asking if they sent the order, few minutes later I received the default message that said that they created a label for may order! At the end I received the order later than December 26th, I didn’t receive the pair of earrings either. So, I am thinking to buy again in this store. Awful experience this time.
