Do right by customers that have bought broken products. This is my 2nd ring that arrived broken. The 1st was a the deer spinner ring that didn't spin. I returned that & paid more for the tear drop opal ring. I was unaware that it was Ethiopian opal & that you absolutely cannot get it wet or it turns clear. Because 1/2 sizes are not available I sized down rather than up, learning my 2nd lesson that if it's a thick banded ring to size up. The opal got stuck on my finger & I had to have it cut off.
