Items were missing from the order and the collars I received were entirely too small. I contacted customer service and was told that I got everything and the collars fit all dogs

My dog absolutely hates the feeling of the rubbery collar. Not only does the plastic pull on his fur and get stuck, it doesn't do anything in regards to calming and relaxing. I really don't know what to do for my dog at this point but this was a huge disappointment

Not a fan of the blanket which is big enough for a teacup size animal. My dogs are both 85 and 100 lbs. I have bought the same blanket in packs of three for a lot less and 4 times the size. Collars had a lavender scent which I liked. The smell has long gone away. Has not really helped with the separation anxiety at all.

It took way too long to arrive. If I knew it was coming from China, which takes weeks, I never would have ordered it. The packaging said California, but the tracking said China.

She loved the blanket and the collar. I’m thinking of getting another collar for my other dog.

Haven't really noticed much of a difference in him, I was hoping it would have a calming effect on him and make it so he isn't so scared when going outside but it hasn't really affected him that I can tell going to keep it on him till June to see but probably won't reorder another one
