Collars were a bit small for a XL dog and the so called blanket was the size of a washcloth and never recerived the free gift

The experience was okay, except I understood these collars were supposed to be for fleas and ticks. Now you present them for stress... First of all they don't fit our bigger dogs so they won't stay on. Second, they do nothing for fleas and ticks. So a total waste of money in this household.

I requested information on how to return the collars and had not received the information on the instructions.

I didn't realize it was coming from China or I never would have ordered it....plus that explains why it took so long to receive it.

Time in between responses was slow, and I had to ask for information that should have been provided up front. Like the return address. Each time having to ask for information it should have been easy to anticipate needing costs another day or two in response time.

I’ve never received the product and the company would rather hassle a potential life long customer than just make the situation right. There’s absolutely no service after the sale I feel like I’ve been ripped off. If I could give no or negative stars I would.

I contacted your company, letting them know that these do not work. You only response was for me to ship the item back to you to get a full refund so I’m encouraging shipping costs on top of the money. I’ve already put out. Very unhappy with your response and will not be purchasing from you again and will make sure that my other pet owners know not to purchase this product from you as it does not work. Your customer service Service is extremely poor.

Once I received the collar and tried them and they didn't do anything to calm the dogs.I sent an email and I didn't even get an acknowledgement that my email was received .I asked to send them back for a full refund as the didn't work.I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.
