Might be nice to have regular order updates regarding delivery especially that a rider will be dropping off the order and item is not shipped via local courier. Also didn't like that i was buying promo item and yet website did not allow me to increase pre-wash service to 2. With this, I assumed seller to automatically pre-wash the second item too since system automatically cancels the second pre-wash at check out. Might be nice to also leve a note as to which was washed upon delivery.

Disappointed with the quality—nowhere near worth the ₱3,245 price even with Buy 1 Take 1. Feels like a generic rebranded level sheets marketed as premium. Rough fabric, underwhelming duvet filler, and misleading ads. Tried to return it within 3 days, unused and in original packaging, but customer service was unresponsive and refused the return. Poor product and worse service. Definitely not ordering again.

My only experience so far with my Neatens or is the very long waiting time. Placed my order May 3 and was just shipped May 15. There is no ways to track the status of the delivery. Until now items are yet to be received. Will not suggest buying from this site due to your poor and inefficient delivery system.
