The Neatens Manila group was very attentive to the concern I raised regarding the Buy 1 Get 1 promotion. I inquired why I did not receive my “free item” and was informed that I needed to purchase two sets to qualify for the free one, which was a bit confusing and misleading to me. Nonetheless, you sent me my free set, and I truly appreciate that gesture. To me, that reflects professionalism and excellent customer service. With this said, I thank you....
