Bread & Butter has exceptional customer service and they make genuinely great paddles, while also making the experience special; even for discounted paddles. My only complaint is the discontinuation of The Psycho. This saddens me, quite a lot, but am excited to give their other paddles a try! I have The Invader as well, which is quickly becoming my go-to for more athletic and forehand demanding singles matches.
