Needed to return a shirt. New to YLA. So I ordered a shirt and set up return and due to the way they waited for my shirt to get there the shirt didn't get to come to me because now it's out of stock. So I got a credit for the shirt minus the shipping and now I'll have to pay for the shipping of the new shirt to get back to me. Plus minus the new customer 15 %. So in end I lost 30 bucks. What a racket!! They automatically just gave me a gift card too instead of holding my shirt seeing as I'm the one who already bought it when it was still available until my shirt got there....so my shirt should have been sitting there waiting because I'm the one who ordered it.....not sold to somebody else in hopes that it would still be there. Silly !!!
