The clothing quality itself is genuinely good — solid fabric, and the sizing was accurate, which is rare and appreciated. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
The shipping delay was significant — my order took far longer than the estimated delivery window, with no proactive updates. What made it worse was trying to get support: response times were slow, and getting a direct answer
