Every order has an issue, arrives late or isn't in stock and yet at the time of purchase and taking funds there is no evidence or pre warning that there is trouble with stock. Not impressed. Customer service is amazing. I noted in a previous review that my whisk wasn't that good and to my surprise a new one came in the post. You don't actually need to use it with the chai powder as it mixes well so hardly use it to be honest.

I signed up to a subscription for the lions mane pouch and anticipated forewarning when the first order was going to come and that hasn’t happened. As a result I haven’t been able to pause, skip or cancel and have had over £100 taken without realising it was coming out yet and product coming that we don’t yet need. So far customer service took a while to come back and so it’s been dispatched.
