There are allot of emails - a push for feedback which also creates allot of emails - and it's not easy to make a straight order without subscribing. My unsubscribe process wasn't actioned fully so had to follow up on this (more emails again) so its doesnt quite feel straightforward to purchase from which became a little frustrating.
