I am Marco Di Tucci the customer who executed the order RLS-24778 , I am writing this review with 1 star because I have not received your car yet.
The order CI147845847DE was placed on 12 DECEMBER 2024, I monitored it constantly with the 17 TRACK service, the parcel on 2024-12-28 at 04:55 was catalogued as ‘’dangerous and prohibited goods‘’ and therefore the DHL shipping service sent it back to your overseas warehouse.
Today on 13/01/2025 according to the tracking service 17 TRACK, the package successfully arrived at the overseas warehouse.
I am therefore waiting for the car I purchased on your site to be shipped back to my address, perhaps with a different courier.
I hope this review reaches you, and that I can receive the package I am waiting for.
