I was concerned about the lack of delivery arrival details coming up to Christmas but was pleasantly surprised by the reponse I got after emailing and my wine arrived at my interstate destination on time very grateful however the website said I’d get an estimate in my confirmation email which I didn’t and that should happen before checking out so only 4 stars

I placed an order for Christmas. Received and x6 of the bottles were incorrect. Slow response to my emails . I have had to purchase another 6 bottles elsewhere. I have been emailed stating the correct wine has been shipped. Poor customer service, plus zero empathy or responsibility or feedback as to how the incorrect wine was delivered. The one star is for The Bubbles. Nice bubbles and great taste. Not too sweet .
