Some of the worst customer service ive had. First attempt, you sent a cap with no image on it and then a staff member proceeded to try and blame me and say sometimes the images sent via email go to junk and spam so get overlooked! Stupid excuse considering your website is specifically asking customers to email your info email with the image they want embroided. And whether they go to junk or not, that is not a customers responsibility, but the responsibility of your staff to be checking the spam
