Unfortunately there are no free returns - even from the UK I was told - (the other colour I ordered wasn't as described) and as I live in Jersey, there shouldn't have been any VAT applied to the order. They have agreed to remove it but I did have to email to achieve that. Plus pay for the return at my own expense.
